| KCP Loyale Incentive Evolution |

In 2007 we launched an incentive programme specially designed for our distributor sales representatives with the aim of getting their buy-in, motivating them to grow sales and also to encourage constant participation in our activities.
This incentive was a quarterly team incentive based on the highest sales volume per category per quarter & growth versus quarter on quarter, across 7 categories, namely; Bath Tissue, Aircare, Fabric Wipers, Towels, Facial Tissue, Differentiated Dispensers and Safety.
Each quarter fun prizes were presented to sales representatives who have shown initiative to grow sales quarter on quarter in these categories.
After 3 years of this incentive running, we have come to an end of this programme and have introduced a bigger and better incentive programme for 2010/2011 - 2 competitions for the Washroom category and the workplace category, specially designed for Distributor Sales Representatives. |

From 1st of July 2010, KIMBERLY-CLARK PROFESSIONAL* is running a Win a Car Incentive… Yes Win a CAR. This competition will run for a year and will be based on each distributor’s baseline unit sales and overall unit growth as from 1st July 2010.
This was launched during our Distributor Conference (click here for information on this event), held on the 6th to 7th May. Distributor sales representatives were given a chance to register in order to stand a chance to win this wonderful prize. The registration period was from 7th May to 30th June 2010, and the competition will run from the 1st July 2010 to 30th June 2011. All they have to do is to drive growth on all WYPALL* Brands & KLEENGUARD* Brands.

| "Take Control of your Washroom" Competition |

From 1st of June 2010, KIMBERLY-CLARK PROFESSIONAL* is running a "Win a Bathroom Makeover" competition.
The competition was launched during our Soap Opera Launch (click here for information on this event), on the 22nd of April 2010. Distributor and Cleaning & Hygiene companies’ sales representatives were given a chance to register via SMS in order to qualify for a chance to win this amazing prize. Registration closed on the 31st of May 2010, and the competition period is 1st June 2010 to 31st December 2010. To stand a chance of winning the prize, the registered competition entrants need to focus their sales efforts on the products that make up the promotion bundle which is made up of the KIMCARE* Liquid & Foam Soaps, AQUA* Soap Dispenser, Electronic Foam Soap Dispenser, KLEENEX® Foam Soap, Hands Free Roll Towel Dispenser, and KLEENEX® Rolled Hand Towels & SCOTT® Rolled Hand Towels specific to the Hands Free Dispenser.
The distributor or hygiene company sales representative that records the highest promotion bundle sales value at the end of the promotion period will be deemed the winner of the competition. Click here for more information and T&C’s |

2010 comes with a new way of managing our business. In line with our KIMBERLY-CLARK PROFESSIONAL* Global strategy we have introduced a Go-Market-Strategy. This basically means that we have chosen to segment our customers in similar characteristics that we can focus on. This new approach will help us understand our customers wants and will help us deliver according to their needs. Segmentation will also help us identify which customers offer us the biggest potential for our products so we can go out and target them.
We have chosen to segment by industry type, meaning the activity the company is involved in; e.g. food processing, metal production, automotive etc. reason being each industry type will have similar drivers, common tasks and have common needs for products. This allows us to communicate with customers using relevant information which specifically relate to them.
So we firstly launched the Food Processing segment in SA, where we identified players in this segment and also what their key needs and tasks are and what are their product requirements. Through extensive research we were able to identify a product bundle for this segment and introduce new products to make up this Food Processing Solution Bundle.

These are latex free gloves specially designed for food processing segment. They are powder free, minimising the drying effect of powder on the skin, have textured finger tips for excellent grip.
