Closed Events |

| A special feature of our invitation and RSVP system, closed events allows you total control over who can attend your events. The accept-decline functionality ensures that only the guests you have invited are able to accept or decline the invitation, ensuring that the invitation is not able to be passed on to anyone except the intended invitees. |

Aide Memoires |
|
| At regular intervals, according to a schedule of your specification, both yourself and/or your account manager are able to send email and sms aide memoires and payment reminders, where applicable, to all accepted guests on your lists. All communications are fully branded, and include dates, invoices, maps and directions. |

Ticketing and Table Allocation |
|
Once your guest list is complete, your account manager can assist you with table allocation on the system.
Allocated table numbers are then automatically assigned to each guest, and a branded, printable ticket is issued and emailed to your guests. |

Registration on the Day |
|
In order to ensure a smooth flow on the day, your dedicated account manager can assist you with guest registration at the venue.
In addition, we will happily print and arrange branded nametags, with all the relevant info and logos, for you in the 2 days prior to the event. |

Thank Yous |

In the days after the event, we will happily set up and send an email thanking those guests who attended your event.
This fully branded email can also include tracked links to any presentations and/or relevant documentation from the event. |
